Description

starting 1984 with punk/hardcore shows - 25 years later - the kapu is a place of refuge for different styles of music, like noise-rock-hiphop-crust-jazz-electronic-metal... and running a small cinema, a recording studio, organizing lectures and exhibitions.
a combination of voluntary working people, professional working and a bunch of enthusiasm makes this place to the best club on earth.

capacity: 10 to 200 humans and a maximum of 7 dogs

The KAPU is just the greatest venue on this planet for me. actually sort of a my living room where great artists visit me.

From time to time I am talking to these artists after the show: All of them told me that they had the best time on tour at the KAPU and will come back for shure!

Great place for artists, great place for guests!
